I used to go there and loved them! However, I followed my stylist to a different place and when I tried to make an appointment for my child, they blocked me on Instagram. I can’t believe how childish they are and I’m ashamed I ever recommended them to anyone.
I called Pure Luxe to try and get in for a same day haircut. They made room in their busy schedule for a quick trim. The owner and stylists are incredibly kind and very accommodating. Love my hair and I will certainly be returning! They have very reasonable pricing as well!

The salon overall is always amazing. The owner is incredibly nice and loving towards anyone and everyone, the stylist are always pleasant to be around and the masseuse is spectacular. So far I've never had a dull visit that doesn't make the wonderful atmosphere really pop out right at you and blow you away. The shop is incredible and will be our only stop whenever we are in Ames, as it has been. I can't day a big enough thank you for the wonderful customer service from the salon as a whole.
