Regus - Iowa, Davenport - Birchwood Office Building

As a new renter of office space for about a month now, I have to say that this is a very nice place. Was able to negotiate a fair deal for six months of renting. Staff is very friendly. The facility is very modern and clean. I highly recommend it.

This building is top notch and the regus representative Ravis is the most welcoming and personable ambassador.

They do not return phone calls or emails.nShady buisness dealings. Do not use these people.

During the last snow/ice storm, no staff shoveled the walkways and I had to make a path for a lady in a wheelchair. She had asked them for help no one assisted her. Shameful!
