Ive been renting a house from crc for a while now and never had a problem with them very professional and easy to get along with basement flooded last year and without hesitating they installed sump pump and hasnt flooded since by far best land lords I have had

They buy properties from auction and do sell them without fixing problems ,I know because they bought one next to me and I was friends with previous owner. There is bad basement flooding.Not going to be fixed.
