Having worked for Arby's for 5 years in my past, I can tell when the person making the sandwiches is in a hurry and not doing the sandwiches well. On a beef and cheddar, the sauce should cover the bun and the cheese evenly distributed on the beef. The sandwich should be nearly wrapped and not wrinkled.nnOn my sandwiches, the cheese was on one side. The meat was wadded onto the bun anf the red ranch was almost non-existent. The sandwiches were off-center on the wrap and the wrap was more wadded than folded.nnI'll be back. But, let's do this right!

Quick and easy. Gyros have no real flavor. It's all in the sauce. Never again. But the Half Pound Roast Beef. Now that's the way to go.

Fast food is fast food. Arby's has a different slant and offers the difference in being a good fast food place. Staff as good but the drive up needs a lot of help.

I called the Bettendorf location at about 10:45 am on 04/01to see if I could get an order from their counter because I currently have no use of my left arm due to a recent surgery and cannot reach out to the drive up window. Their reply was no, they won’t help.nI clarified that due to a medical issue I cannot reach their window and asked about options. I was told, sorry, we can’t help you. COVID is over a year old, they have no plan? Felt pretty humiliated today.
