We wanted to renovate our preschool's playground in Glendale. We found Arin and Olivier on Yelp together with 2 other companies. We were impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and competitive pricing. Arin and Olivier won the bid and their team delivered a great makeover(artificial turf, planting a mature tree, planters and drip irrigation system). Although both guys were fully booked, they were very responsive during the process, always returning calls/texts/emails in a timely manner. Their price beat the other two quotes we had received. They are also honest. We agreed to drop several items on the contract. Arin reduced his final invoice $ amount accordingly. We had forgotten about the reduced scope of work. So it took another phone call for Arin to explain to us why he charged less than the contracted $ amount.

Had a plumbing emergency this evening and was able to get ahold of Loren the Plumber. Boy oh boy did he save the day. Walked me through what he was doing and why. More than reasonable on price. Glad we have a local Beaverdale plumber for a neighbor! I recommend him if you have a plumbing job or are in a real pickle like we were!
