I hate doing this to business owners. Business owner's put heart and soul running a place but I have to share. Today was my first day and it was an unfavorable experience. The eye brows were not in shape and the lady will not agree that it is ruined. Customer service was not there at all. 3 stars is only for decent threading price.

I love coming to this place to get my eyebrows done. The owners are very kind and she always does a great job. Very affordable and she takes her time to do a great job, but always has me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
