I lived in the quad cities for 13 years and been to a lot of nail salons. Novel is the “Absolute Best” nail salon around town. People go to salons to feel better and I felt so relax and welcomed . They go above and beyond to make sure you are taking care of. The nail tech Cindy was absolutely WONDERFUL ud83dude0a not sure if other people felt the pain of having there nails filed down to there was barely any nail left here you will not go through the pain.Cindy constantly asked me if, I was ok and wanted anything to drink. Me and my daughter are very satisfied and look forward to going back.

All of the ladies in Thao's studio do excellent work. Impeccably clean. They offer drinks while you are there- from water to wine! Prices depend on the services you ask for. Prices are listed in the menu. Please be polite and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. These ladies stay really busy, but are eager to accommodate your schedule.

Just moved from California so I was looking for a good nail place. The studio itself is nice, clean and with a quiet atmosphere. Ladies are very nice as well. I got an express pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure chipped a few days later but it was just a regular polish so I could understand that, however when I get a gel manicure it usually lasts 3 weeks or so until falling apart, but this is what my gel manicure looks like 1 week after my appointment. Gel polish is uneven and you can feel the ridges, it started coming up after 3 days. Really disappointed.

I love the environment at this place so quiet, clean and professional. Not to mention they are pretty quick too I got a manicure and pedicure in about 2 and a half hours I was done! And everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly, and courteous! I will definitely be coming back to this place, end of the month or next month! Just found my new nail place and it’s worth going to ladies, it’s the best nail shop in the quad cities!
