Edgewood Apartments

I have lived here just over 1 year and I feel blessed to have found these apartments. The manager, Tara is the best. I have had a few things that I needed to get looked and she is always right on it. She says what she is going to do and then she does what she says. I live in the elderly/disabled apartment and I feel safe here. We have a secure entrance, an elevator and nice laundry facilities. I will recommend my friends and family to come live here. Thank you for having such a nice place to live!

My husband and I just got done signing our fourth year lease here with the property manager Tara, and we could not be more happy with the way we have been treated since we have made this our home.nShe has always made us feel like family.nWhenever we needed things done in our apartment, it was completed right away.nI wished there was a Tara at every property management company because she knows the business and how to treat her clients.nAnd the property is always so clean and looking great. Thanks for all you do Tara, it doesn't go unnoticed!

I've only lived here for a few months now, however I am very pleased to have found the Edgewood Apartments. They are clean, decently priced, and in a convenient location. There is little to no noise (which is surprising, considering it's location), and just to top it all off. Terra, the manager here is just amazing. She is extremely nice, helpful, and to the point. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

I'm currently living in Oelwein with a friend. I do not like Oelwein. I want to move to Cedar Rapids. You can't even answer your phone, I leave messages, and you don't even bother returning any of my calls, so 1 star from me. I'm not sure if I would want to live someplace that can't answer their phone when their main office is supposedly open anyway. What if I lived there and wanted to speak to management, but wasn't home at the time, and it was very important, what then?

I have lived here for almost 10 years now. The property is very well cared for and the staff goes above and beyond with all its tenants. Thank you Tara and staff! It's because of the excellent treatment that I've stayed and will continue to live here.
