The owner is not professional at all, he is very rude to customers. No communication through out the business ( the office lady and owner ). Had to have them come back 3 times and fix our furnace they had installed. Was also told payment plans may be set up, so then going into getting the 3,000 dollar furnace we get a call asking where the money is for everything... well they never talked to the owner about payments for our case but it’s allowed for other people then the owner proceeded to threaten to take the furnace back out if he didn’t get it figured out... I do not recommend his business or even time of day!!
