The apartment we rented was beautiful and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. But the best thing about the Hemingway Place (Encore 99) apartment complex is the wonderful staff who work so hard to make sure that it's a great place to live. The employee's and management suck, no personalities and for themselves

Upon moving out in March I have yet to hear about what’s going on with the security deposit. The walls are paper thin and neighbors can hear you even if your walking if you drop something on the floor inside apartment A4 the apartment underneath starts banging on the ceiling like a monkey. They advertised there was swimming there is none. The washers are so out of date your clothes smell a bit like bad musty water the dryers you’ll end up spending double people are honestly better off going to a laundromat.
