Northwoods Apartments

Really great complex. Leasing office and maintenance are super nice and fix issues quickly. This is my first ever apartment and it was a great pick. Only a few minor issues that caused me to say 4 instead of 5 stars. Mainly that the water heater for our unit is very small, having pets is expensive fees wise, and there is no linen closet in the unit. But those are very minor issues. Overall the apartment is super cozy. And having a washer and dryer in unit is a god send. Would recommend.

I have been living in Northwoods since March and I absolutely love It!n- My favorite feature of our apartment is our personal balcony. We added a bug net to it, patio furniture, and tea lights. Everyone in this apartment complex also has a personal balcony and adds their own special touches to it as well. It’s obvious that everyone uses their balconies and appreciates them!n- Northwoods has been the most enjoyable place by far to live in especially during this difficult time because of COVID-19. The staff is very friendly, always available and helpful, are constantly working to make sure our complex is clean and presentable, and most importantly are understanding and kind. Our neighbors are respectful in our building so no one is unhappy with common problems other apartment complexes experience. When I see others at the pool, gym, or in passing, everyone is polite and friendly unlike other apartment complexes that have miserable occupants. This goes to show that everyone appreciates living here and does not take it for granted.n- This part of Middletown has everything you need close by! I have explored with my boyfriend, friends and family many times since moving here and I suggest trying Tavern on 3! There are also great common restaurants nearby such as Chilis and Sliders. I am grateful there are grocery stores and shops less than 5 minutes away such as Stop N Shop and Marshalls. It’s also very convenient having the highways less than 5 minutes away too!nnIt has been a privilege living in Northwoods apartments and I unhesitatingly give it my highest recommendation.

Northwoods is a great place to live. Two pools, Tennis court, Racquetball , Two Fitness centers, Two clubhouses- one with pool table and football table. It’s like living at a country club. Very Pet friendly with 2 Dog Parks. Shopping and restaurants are very close with the benefit of the Cromwell and downtown Middletown areas in close proximity. It’s very safe and relaxing living here

Love Northwoods! Just moved in, and the staff have made it a very easy process. My favorite part about living here is that any time we’ve had an issue maintenance has immediately come, and they are very pleasant! Overall, all of the staff I’ve talked to has been great. The apartment has in unit washer/dryer (my favorite feature) which you can’t beat, and don’t realize how great it is until you don’t have access to it. It’s also in a very safe community, so I don’t have to worry about walking in the parking lot alone at night. It boarders great restaurants, with my favorite place being Illiano’s (go try their pizza!!)nOverall: 5/5 from a college student who previously had people trying to walk into their apartment at 2 am, and whose landlord was not helpful or good with communication. The staff is great, you have so many amenities (a gym, two pools, etc) and you FEEL SAFE.
