I would like to thank ServePro for helping me clean my attic. I bought a brand new house that needed black mold removal and Ben, Sheldon, and Troy came in and did a great job of cleaning, explaining the process, and respecting my household throughout all the work. They were even nice enough to throw away some old wood and inspect several water intrusion suspicions I had. I believe their work is of worthy of the value and would call them again if I ever ran into another household issue.

The guys came out right away. It didn’t matter that it was a Sunday. Very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Julien for your knowledge and explaining everything to me. . I was so worried about the damage I kept asking him questions. He assured me it would all turn out fine. They set up right away and went to work and taking readings from their equipment. I am very satisfied with their service. I was worried about damage, mold and the odors from the wet rug. Good experience. Excellent job and see that everything is nice and dry.
