Barr Associates

I just came from a hearing at the Westport CT Planning and Zoning Commission where Mr. Barr proposed placing non-conforming high density housing in a purely single family residential neighborhood. Mr. Barr mislead his clients and worked against his clients neighbors by introducing a neighborhood destroying rezoning proposal. His arguments clearly indicated his lack of understanding of the town zoning plan, the neighborhood, and held a position predicated solely on greed.nnDon't work with Mr. Barr if you want good advice on development of your property. You'll be wasting your money on long shots and anger your neighbors in the process. His contemptuous attitude toward the Board shows he lacks the most basic people skills needed to sell his ideas.
