All the people who work for this service are extremely competent, professional, and polite. They come when they say they are going to and they explain what they’re doing. They are extremely helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I’ve used them many times for various plumbing issues in my home and I highly recommend their services.

Rob Rozz is simply the best plumbing business in Western Connecticut. He and his employees are professional, courteous, safe, and hard working. When dealing with water issues, time is of the essence and I’ve never worked with a company in any industry that is more responsive to time sensitivity. When you contact Rob Rozz and his team, he gets back to you immediately and begins to determine the right course of action. I often joke that Rob Rozz is a super hero because he is so great at what he does and helps so many people, but in all honesty, he pretty much is one. He offers advice over the phone that helps you determine what might be wrong and provides a true sense of security when it comes to plumbing. Look! Up in the sky! It’s the plumber that made Super Mario the second most popular plumber in plumbing culture - it’s a leak! It’s a clog! They don’t stand a chance because, ITS ROB ROZZ to the rescue!! On 12/1/20 after requesting recommendations for plumbers and reading reviews, I settled on Rob Rozz plumbing from Sandy Hook, CT. I called and got a legitimate quote over the phone and confirmed an appt. for the next day. Though they were a few hours late, the did phone and arrived within the time they said they would. Kyle and Chris were both honest, friendly and most of all professional. They stayed longer to make sure the toilet was replaced properly with no signs of leakage and charged exactly what was quoted + a few materials... Two days later, I awoke to a leak from the toilet in an upstairs bathroom. I called them again, and this time they came out within an hour and also fixed the unit to my satisfaction. The price was reasonable again. I will not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. I highly recommend them.

Can always count on Rob and his team for fast, professional, reliable service at a good price. Have used Rob Rozz several times for a variety of projects from plumbing/installing a new kitchen sink to a water shirt-off for our ice maker to fixing a whistling shower faucet. Rob is always fast to respond, quick to come out and deliver a quality job at a good price. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
