Rooms are really nice. The overall stay wasn't so pleasant. Housekeeping didnt clean the room and the room keys wouldn't work had to go to the front desk four times to have the keys reset. Customer service was so so. Could've been better.
Not nowhere near the holiday inns we are use to. Overall disappointed. Bed was uncomfortable compared to other locations, room was spacious, only good thing was breakfast ;) was on point! We only stayed one night and found a bug of some.sort resembling bedbug on the clean bathroom linens the morning we left. Ewe!
Super clean and friendly employees. Best stay in Atmore! Norma Jean was super nice and professional!
Place was not all that clean. I would not recommend this place to no one. The elevator was definitely nasty with germs and stuff wiped all on the walls. Never again for us.
Nice room, pretty friendly staff but when I arrived there was no shower curtain in my room. I called down the stairs and let them know and they said I could come downstairs and get one.
