stayed at the comfort suites east bay the previous night and didn’t enjoy our stay so decided to switch hotels for tonight to the best western... same price point but MUCH better. hotel is new, cleaner, nice staff & large comfy bed. happy we decided to stay elsewhere
I was visiting family in the area and only stayed two nights. Room was very spacious which is definitely a plus for me. They have a for purchase snack area. The front desks personnel were all very friendly. There, of course, is no breakfast, but restaurants in the area were open. If staying more than , I believe 4 nights room will be serviced. The stay was pleasant and in a great area. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Not sure I've ever stayed at a Best Western before, but this experience makes me wish all my hotel stays were this good. The evening clerk checking me in gave me recommendations on food, room access, future booking, & the rewards program. She signed me up for the rewards while I checked in so I would earn points on the stay. The room was very clean, couldn't find fault with it. The bed was so comfortable! The room was nicely & conveniently furnished. Hair dryer, refrigerator, blackout blinds, desk w/office chair, couch with coffee table, multiple outlets & light switches, an actual closet & many other nice touches. Could have stayed here a week or more. Even during the COVID19 crisis they offered grab bags for breakfast, multiple entry doors(w/key card access) & an open pool. They did all they could to ensure a safe AND enjoyable stay.
Nice place. Staff friendly. Rooms well stocked with towels for our family.
I stayed here for a week from Ga.I enjoyed my stay. The staff and housekeepers were very nice.The rooms were nice.Whenever I'm in town I stay at this location .
