This place is the epitome of true southern hospitality. Every single person that worked there went out of their way to remember who we were and call us by name. The bartenders are amazing. We sat out by the fire drinking all night. Our room got upgraded to have a balcony with rocking chairs. With so many dining options, a beach, pool, and fun things to do you could spend an entire week and never even have to leave the resort but there us a quaint town near by. We were happy just strolling the grounds. There are swings and hammocks scattered throughout. Truly worth the price if you are looking for beautiful scenery and wonderful food and drinks.

This is such an incredible place...so solid, elegant, the staff so relaxingly friendly and accommodating, the food was the best...their standard for the quality of food and the variety is second to none.nYou must go there for any occasion...it will bring smiles inside and out.nThis was our fourth time...live music from an excellent ensemble.nAnyway...you will rave like I am doing.

I enjoyed our 3 night stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to welcome us. The grounds were just gorgeous and I had a delightful visit to the spa. My husband loved the pool and spent most of his time relaxing there. The only drawback to the trip was that most of the guests did not wear masks indoors even though it was a posted rule on every entrance. I'm sure it's a tough rule to enforce though. It was quiet and relaxing throughout the week but the events on the weekends drive alot of traffic through the resort.

The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is GRAND indeed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The property grounds are home to some beautiful, well-maintained oaks that are larger than life. I was fortunate to dine at their Southern Roots restaurant for my birthday. The service was second to none. Absolutely first rate from the time I arrived until I left. The basil-encrusted seared grouper with veal demi-glace was wonderfully prepared and presented. An unusual combination, to be sure, but delicious. The special drink of the day was a gin based cocktail that was refreshing and well balanced. I don't like gin, but I ordered a second one because the first was so good. Our server presented me with a birthday card signed by team members and a birthday dessert which was very lovely, tasty and a nice surprise! Wish I had made a pic but ate it before I thought of it. Everyone I spoke with during my visit was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly.nn☆☆Thank you, Grand employees for helping make my dining experience one to remember and cherish.☆☆

Absolutely amazing... Definitely has an “old school” charm.. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Beautiful place to visit with your family. We completely enjoyed our 5 night stay.
