Servepro, specifically Angel and Jennifer, were there the day I called to inspect the house and begin making a plan for cleanup. They are absolutely AMAZING! Tamia and Jennifer were on time and went right to work. Jennifer cleaned the bedroom and bath, Tamia cleaned kitchen and living room. Condo smelled so clean when they left. I was very happy. Shout out to them.

Jennifer, Susie, Kinya, and Tamia you ROCK!! You arrived to take on a Dusty Dirty Condo. Furniture had been covered with plastic and duct taped to the floor since Hurricane Sally in Sept 2020. Drywall had been repaired. The plastic covers, the floors, and every surface, door, cupboard, and ledge were covered with drywall dust and more recently dust from the Tile removal process. The cleaning project was overwhelming to me.nnYou were recommended by friends after a fire clean-up. I called on a Friday and spoke with Frankie. She listened, checked with her Supervisor, and got back to me with a schedule quickly. Within 2 days, a team of 4 professional and energetic ladies arrived at my door with all of the equipment they would need. Jennifer, Susie, Kinya, and Tamia were confident and courteous. They welcomed my ideas, my lists, they asked questions, and rolled up their sleeves. This ServPro team eliminated the stress I was feeling and my worries about being ready for painters, followed by a new floor installation. What a RELIEF to know that ServPro can provide a Dream Team of Cleaning Angels, who can tackle a Dirty Mess. They washed every wall from the crown moldings to the baseboards. They removed tile dust and chunks from underneath base boards. They washed every cupboard, door and drawer. Now my condo unit smells fresh, is free of that layer of dust and grime on every surface, and I am so much closer to my end goal. I cannot thank this Special Team of ServPro Ladies enough! I especially appreciated their clear communication, follow-up, and the sense of pride in meeting client needs and requests. Awesome, Awesome work Ladies!!
