EDIT: the owner himself called me to explain that they do have a no refund/exchange policy for that location, but that since it wasn't posted, he will allow me to exchange with my receipt. I have changed my star rating due to the fact that he personally called me to handle it!!!nnService has slipped terribly. I have been going to this gas station for over 7 years, spending TONS of my money on gas, food, tobacco/alcohol products, and the last few times I have been has prompted me to never return. Today was the final straw. The girl behind the counter handed me the wrong product, I asked for alto pods, she handed me juul. My glasses were fogged up due to wearing my mask. ud83dude44 I quickly put it in my purse, paid and left. I drove home (10 mins away) and realized they were wrong, and drove right back up there with my receipt. When I returned, I asked if I could simply exchange, the lady behind the counter remembered me, ADMITTED she handed me the wrong product, but told me all sales are final on tobacco products and told me it was MY FAULT for not checking, and commenced to arguing with me. When I asked where the signs were stating all sales were final, she told me the rule doesn't have to be posted, it is a known fact. YES, I understand this was ALSO my fault, but it was a simple mistake. There are NO signs posted anywhere regarding all tobacco sales being final. The two women on call were extremely rude to me, and it has cost them my business.

Cashier extremely rude!...you have to scan your own items and you can't hear her because she is mumbling and got attitude when asked to repeat herself. Then you definitely won't get a thank you or nothing!...

This place accuses people of mischievous practice of a regular customer for months. It is insane how they can blantly call you a liar to your face in a passive aggressive way. Way to go ruining a good reputation over 2 dollars. 100%

The absolute worst customer service!!! They literally threw a bag at me over me not knowing how to scan my own items for the clerk. Lady is definitely taking advantage of the virus. Not returning!!!
