After having an account their for almost 2 years for both my cars and really enjoyed their service I recently canceled them both! I was on the wrong end of some bad customer service 2 times in a row by the same new employee! I didn’t get his name let’s just say because of him I will not back! As the owner of a small business customer service is huge and to be treated the way I was.....No Thank You!! My company nor my family will not be back! Y’all got 2 stars for the 2 good years
Just one car in front of me. I have Good plan which is reasonable.The guys up front did a nice job with the brushes and guiding the car. The car came off easy at the end this time, without much of bounce like it has before. The air vac was nice to use and properly functioning
Over priced...$25 for their best package. Run the cars through so fast they don't come at clean.nWon't be going back...
Wanted to like this car wash because of the convenient location - but, the vacuums have poor suction, the reader didn’t recognize my pass sticker, and they do not provide towels to clean the inside of the car. Ended up canceling my membership after the third wash because it was just disappointing. My previous car wash provided microfiber towels to dry the outside of the car and it was fantastic. Miss that place.
