Things have definately improved. Kali the manager is polite and gets right on top of things as soon as it's brought to her attention. The maintenance man Corei is very knowledgeable and does a great job. He's extremely polite and considerate. He even brought my package in that was on my door step. That was so nice of him.

If you’re looking for a place to go, choose the Reserves! The community is great and quite. The staff here are very easy to communicate with! If you have any issues they act fast to fix it. Kalli, apartment manager, is very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place above all, easy going, friendly, quite, and safe!

If you’re looking for a place where you can get your car broken into/hit in a dimly lit parking lot, packages stolen off of your doorstep, reoccurring black mold underneath your carpets, constant maintenance needs that rarely ever get fixed, or a management staff that doesn’t seem to care or even know much about what’s going on, look no further! There were numerous times our vehicles got broken into in a dimly lit parking area. we’ve had packages stolen off our porch. our car got hit while we were sleeping one night and was never reported to us.
