We really enjoyed the museum. The information on the construction and refurbishing of the giant statue was very informative. The museum also shows the birth, growth, and development of Birmingham and its area. Having worked in a museum, I'm always pleased to see excellent information and clear exhibits.nI cast bronze statues for 26 years. It is always amazing to see such large sculptures knowing the effort and energy to make it come to life.

Wow...so glad we made it to Vulcan Park in Birmingham! To begin, the view is spectacular! We went at night, so the city was all lit up. Take the elevator up to the stop of the statue to get an even better view. The statue is pretty cool in its own right. Made from iron (a local industry) it really is quite a beautiful accomplishment!

Amazing view, great for putting everything into perspective and a great spot for pictures. Would recommend bringing family and friends here day or night.
