Like the car wash. However I still had sand from my trip to the beach on the back of my van. The sand was on a plastic mat. So it could have been cleaned properly. After paying a $30 plus car wash I wanted it to be cleaned.
Wash interior and exterior looked great- so thank you so much to the crew who handles that. However I had an extremely rude encounter with one of the crew members who you hand your car off to- very dry, cut me off in the middle of my sentence, and made distasteful and unprofessional jokes. I will ONLY continue to come here for the hard working guys who do the detailing. Please chat with your employees about professionalism.
Asked the guy was this a stain that the car wash would get out. He looked and said yes. After the $16 car wash, the stain was still there. Never again. Goo Goo is better!
Best Car Wash in Birmingham area. I’ve been going here for over 15 years and I moved away for several years, moved back and had a dirty car and took to them and they spent extra time cleaning it.nnBe sure to pre clean and set aside everything you can in your trunk or take with you in a bag or something because they won’t clean areas with lots of personal stuff usually I pull over at a gas station and get all the “stuff” cords coins etc out of the car and pull the mats up and look under seats etc so they can spend maximum time cleaning and not trying to go around all the stuff in the way etc.
Been using the 280 location since I moved to Birmingham. Always great customer service. M GMC Yukon always shines and looks like new when they are finished.
