I rented a townhouse from them a couple of years ago. We had many many problems. There was a rotted spot in the bedroom floor that continued to grow until it finally fell through and rats came in. The air conditioning went out at the end of July. It took them nine days to fix it. The worst management company I have ever dealt with.

Ernie Tidmore is the consummate real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable of the Marshall County market, and will work deli gently with you until he finds the perfect property to meet your needs...He returns calls and texts promply, and his background as a builder is a real asset....A better agent cannot be found!
