Paid $175 for detailing job. They kept my car for 3 whole days & when I got it back, the door jams weren't even cleaned - neither were the air vents, doors, steering wheel base, or cup holders. They were still dirty from when I dropped it off; no attempt to clean them at all. They did clean my seats, dash, & carpet - that's it. Unfortunately I can't post pictures on here to show how I got my car back but I had to take it to someone else to have the job finished. They also lost my seat covers I had installed. Just an awful experience all around & I KNOW the owner could tell I was unhappy & frustrated with the work ( or lack thereof ) they did....but instead of offering to fix it or give me a partial refund for a partial job done, he gave me my keys & walked off without saying a word. Totally unprofessional & I will never recommend this place to anyone.
