This used to be a good car wash, but now that it’s under new management it’s like they are using bare minimum on water and soap. Your vehicle will also be left with soap suds all over due to the lack of water. Definitely will not be coming here anymore.
I’ve been a monthly pass holder for a few months. The last several times, we’ve left with half our vehicle covered in suds and soap. Today, not a single drop of water touched my truck when I went through. I had to go to a nearby wash to get rinsed. The staff are poorly trained in customer service. I was told once by staff that every car left with a lot of soap on it and that management wasn’t trying to fix it. Also, I tried to fill out the customer service form online and there is a constant “error” message so the form can’t be submitted. Then you try to call the customer service phone number and get a message that the Verizon customer is not set up. This is poor management and poor operation. We’ll be taking our $50+/month to a nearby competitor.
Well I paid a monthly fee of $30 to go whenever I wanted to but when you get a treated good by the employees in the beginning one time then the next not so good its not good..I don't think just because your short one employee they should not do a good job before I actually went inside, the fact they both don't really care that much about your car because there's another car behind yours....NO NO NO...I will take my new truck elsewhere
I got the $21.00 car wash it was well worth it. Very nice employees. Everything was great.
Don't waist your money. Didn't get the car clean very well. Vacuums work great though.
