Stayed here back in October.Horrible! Stains on the towels and the air conditioner was so gross. One guy that worked there and another guy followed me and my family on the elevator, one of them got off the elevator and disappeared somewhere, the other man pretended to put his key in one of the hotel doors. He never went inside but was cutting his eyes looking down the hall watching what we were doing once we went inside. We didn’t feel safe and left that night.

I am not usually one to complain, however when I got into my first room the AC unit's electrical supply appears to have been cut, and left wires exposed. Thankfully the lady at the front desk was able to get me into another room, but it wasn't much better. The second bed in our room had food crumbs and other debris. Thankfully we only needed one bed and were able to sleep in the one clean bed we had. Before going to bed I noticed the sink had no hot water. I figured it was maybe because someone had used it up and wrote it off, however once we woke up in the morning we quickly realized that our shower also had no hot water. We had a two night reservation, to which we are eating the cost of the second night and booking somewhere else where at least the basic amenities (like hot water) are included in our stay.

The rooms look nice and modern. The room could’ve been cleaner though. When i checked in, the shower had hair and dirt in it.

Avoid at all cost. This place definitely has not been cleaned in weeks. Mud all over the floor throughout the hotel. Throughout the hotel you will see leaking ceilings and mold, even the main entrance! Elevator and doors of this hotel look like they were cleaned with a dirty rag weeks ago. Same breakfast bags from Monday at the desk Thursday. Someone close this place down before more travelers get sick!!
