La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Prattville

WEST TEXAS (ODESSA). When I stayed here I had the room reserved they put me on the top floor because there was no ground floor rooms available. Ok that's fine... Well I get to the room and the door wasn't working so I went back to the front desk (and they said we will have someone come and fix it (instead of giving me a different room). The maintenance man shows up 30 minutes later and it was over 103°outside. Well he lets me in and starts working on the door and tells me if you have something to do you can go and I'll close the door when I'm done. I explained to him that I had been driving for more then 8 hours and I had no where I needed to be for the day. He tells me 35 minutes later that it's gonna be the next day before he could fix it so go back to the front desk and they would give me another room. I get back to the desk and no one was there so I wait for someone while calling for a total of 20 minutes. Other people coming in and waiting for their room as well. When she finally got back it took her 30 minutes to get me another room and get this.... It was on ground level... I stayed here a total of 3 days and I won't go back. It was very unprofessional and very rude of staff to have me wait outside that long in the heat. The maintenance man situation etc. Thank goodness I didn't leave because he couldn't fix it and I would have had to wait for who knows how long before I could get my stuff out of the room. Train wreck...

I recently visited this inn coming from Wisconsin, as someone who travles alot i have stayed in multiple inns and in my opinion i think that the hotel was very modern, organized, as well as clean. There was an issue with the shower but other wise I think the place is great and I recommend it!

Nice, must be recently remodeled or newer hotel. Like the switch to tile from carpeted floors. Clean, convenient access to many places to eat, and I-65.

Even though we got there at 3am and stayed till 10am cause we was traveling to Panama City. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable.

Great stay as always.. clean room, respectful staff and a comfortable bed... What more can you ask for
