Trinity went beyond and above each time I needed a few things. From recommendations of restaurants to simply making sure I was content with my stay. I was down for 14 days with my Rig and honestly from the Manger all the way from the staff I felt like family. There Southern Hospitality is like know where I’ve been so polite it just seem odd with people now days. Truck works really sent me to a wonderful motel. If your in Montgomery, AL I highly recommend driving the extra few minutes for a worth whole place to get some rest in your travels.. Housekeeping is awesome love all the people I’ve encountered while I’ve been here.nnGod-Bless Prattville Alabama and Baymont!!
Amazing customer service! Very friendly. Nice, clean ,spacious rooms ! Would definitely stay again!
One of the dirtiest hotel rooms we ever stayed in. Broken cannisters lights, refrigerator and the toilet paper dispenser came right out of the wall. Stained sheets, dust everywhere and broken plaster around the baseboard. If we weren't so tired and pouring out we would have moved on.
Great place to stop and they had goodie bags for guests in the morning
