We stay here when we're in town visiting family and love our experience everytime with everything. Bring your own pillow if you don't like using 2 small ones and the areas for walking your pet that stays for free here ud83dude1cud83dude42 are mostly clean, watch out for the surprise poo mounds, and the area is nice enough that you don't have to look over your shoulder every 5secs. Good, safe, clean, comfy ud83dudc4c

The Prattville Red Roof is a great example of what makes Red Roof the first place I look for a room when traveling. I'm knocking of a star b/c the bedspreads need to be washed and Red Roof plays games with their rates. It's still a great value.

BUGS BUGS BUGS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS HOTEL. I spent a little over 2 weeks in this hotel. after a week of being there I was bit in the face multiple times one night. I woke up and found a bed bug. I took it to the front desk along with my swollen eye to show them. The manager wasn't in but was scheduled to be in later that day. 3 days later after avoiding me I finally was able to talk with them and they literally said there was nothing they could do. They offered to move room but by then i had already inspected the room from roof to floor. They also after the 3 days of avoiding me and an email sent to Corporate, offered me 1 night free stay. Not good enough. After avoiding the situation and my hours loss of work, one night was not good enough. I was paying 480 a week, they could do much better than 1 night. Long story short this manager doesn't care about their location. Be sure to avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

The young lady who checked us in was very nice & from all appearances it looks good but there was food bits on the floor in our room & the floor was dirty (we cleaned it with OdoBan & paper towels so it was clean for our dogs).nBeds were comfortable.nWe were glad they took dogs.nSeveral fast food restaurants in the area + a nice Waffle House.
