The hallway carpets were very dirty and neededna good vacuum and the bathroom floor had something on them just glad I snagged a chlorox wipe in the lobby also the refrigerator had a horrible odor in it. I have stayed at a Hilton property in the past and can't believe how this place was cleaned. The people one floor up beat and banged on the floors to the point I had to call the front desk and complain. The desk clerk said she would report it but it took an hour. The reason I choose to stay here was hoping it would be better than the casino room and I was wrong. From now on I will stay at the Casino.
Alexander City hampton inn was fully booked and I did not have much choice near by. This place was the last option I had and become a best choice I did. Most welcomed hampton inn I ever visit.
The staff was great room very clean. The front desk clerk kelsie was very helpful and made us feel at home. Just a great place to stay.
First, the place needs to be cleaner not the lobby but the rooms. Second, I called the front desk around 10pm to ask at what the breakfast the lady said from 0700 to 1000. I showed up at 0900 and the guy in the front desk said that bk was over. I was so mad because the lady the night before only had one job. I felt bad for the guy at the front desk because I didn’t have the nicest attitude. It was still unsatisfactory because what am I supposed to do as a paying customer.
