The hotel made quick accommodations for us who booked last minute to avoid inclement weather to the north and even let us check in half an hour early. The room smelled clean when we walked in. The surface areas appeared clean. The TV was about 55”. The beds were very comfortable. The room with two queens was large enough for myself, spouse, and two young children. I would’ve liked to have a map of the campus that also explained rules of the golf course and all the other amenities at the campus. The restaurant had top notch food, and the staff were very friendly and seemed happy.
Great pub with food and drinks.. inside and wonderful outdoor patio with fire pits.. overlooking golf course.. rt by the club house.. very nice.. very convenient.. super helpful
The Marriott here in Prattville is beautiful the customer service is amazing and I'm loving my stay. The rooms are nice and relaxing and checkout isn't til noon which is perfect! I highly recommend staying here

8 months ago.. this review would be different. My Stay was beautiful. My family enjoyed it, the only downside to that stay was trying to get a parking spot on Sunday due to the church service. But that was ok.nnHowever, the stay in August was cut short. The AC WENT OUT, THERE WAS SOMETHING BURNING. WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. The night clerk was able to come to the door,she verified that she smellled something burning also. THE DAY clerk was informed that something was off about the room. However, there wasn't anything done and finally that night once we returned, the issues started. 10 pm changing rooms. The 2nd bd room was just as bad. The AC wasn't cooling the room off. The kids were uncomfortable, there were small roaches in the room. I immediately called to check out. The was going to be a Thursday to Sunday trip and turned out to be 1 night. I am truly disappointed in this property. They no longer representative the Marriott Brand.
