Very efficient and quick doing the jobs listed above, faucet, toilet repairs, however waited most of the day for the team to arrive. Scheduled for 8-12, I had to call 2 times to get an update on arrival finally at 3 pm. Need to have a better way to communicate to the customer. I understand in this business jobs can run over and run into problems, but you need to keep the waiting customer informed. Communication is key to keeping the waiting customer informed!

I had a water leak that occurred in my wall from my tub. I have a home warranty, and I know that it must be approved after an assessment is performed. This can take days for them to approve. I’ve had the same situation occur with my AC. If this occurs do not get upset about the delays in repairs. It is no different than getting a PA to a Doctor. The owner is professional and has high standards for his employees. A minor adjustment needs to be performed, but that’s ok. I’ve had plumbers in the past and I cannot complain. If you want to be ripped off call Benjamin Franklin. A lot of people only take time to write negative reviews only. However, I wanted to take the time to write something positive. Thank you

This business was requested by my home warranty company to replace my water heater. They scheduled 2 appts. And reschedule and called at the last minute to reschedule. They sent 1 person to complete the job that wasn’t in stable health to do it. He took between 2-4 hrs to complete this task. He would take breaks shortly after walking or standing. He also didn’t remove the old heater, stated he would return to remove it but didn’t. I paid him through my credit card. The new water heater started leaking the next day. I called and talked to the owner MICHAEL and showed him through FaceTime that the new heater was leaking. Michael, The owner and the guy that replaced the heater came and looked at the water heater and said it was defective. The owner called me and gave a story about needing more money. The next day or 2 he sent 2 different guys to complete the job. The 1st new heater was pulled and replaced with the 2nd new water heater which it didn’t take long this time actually less than an hour. After the job was finished a check was requested. I called the owner and he again gave a story about showing the water heater company proof of funds which I didn’t understand. He then stated he would return the check that he only needed to show proof to the company. I felt very uneasy about the entire process with this company. I have called several times to request the check be returned but the owner MICHAEL stop taking my calls. If this was true MICHAEL should have returned the check to show good intent. I called my bank and informed them of the situation, put a stop payment on the check and later closed the account!!!!nPlease beware of this company. Although they may work well for others but be very very cautious.

The owner brother came to fix my pipes in the bathroom. While doing the job, he broke a valve which caused water to gush all over my bathroom floor. After 10 minutes, he finally found the main water supply to cut it off. I then had to pay for a new valve and added labor. I was told one price several times, after he broke the valve, my price went up by 40.00. I wouldn't use them to fill my tub with water, much less anything else.
