Most of the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and pretty big! I hardly ever heard my neighbors or other people even tho i was right at the stairs. The only downfall is the location- one of the hottest spots, there were 4 cops with ppl pulled over 1 night, another night there was a cop in the lower parking lot towards the back just camped out watching, 1 who road through the parking lot like 7 times one night... just a little too hot for me haha.
The management of this hotel opened the my hotel room and let someone in without my permission and the person stole a bunch of my stuff. The hotel is refusing any responsibility and has even kicked me off the property. They will not do anything but give me excuses and call the cops. This is the absolute worst experience I've had at any hotel ever. I wouldn't recommend using this hotel if you can avoid it.
Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly but housekeeping is lazy and doesn't do anything to make your stay comfortable. The desk clerk is very rude and thinks he owns the place. He kicked me out because I asked to speak with the owner.
Very comfortable and clean. Large rooms. Everything works well. I would surely stay here again.
Great stay! Foods and pools are fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my whole stay.
