Roaches and someone came in my sister's room at 1:48 this morning. Lucky she had the latch attached. Smh. Never again. But on a good note, the lady Hanna at the front desk, was so amazing in getting us in. Went above and beyond on the phone with hotels.com
The people there are so flip flapping helpful I don't know what to say the rooms are clean but the main part is the customer service it is outstanding
Horrible the young man at front desk was wonderful room smelled like wet dogs I tried to stay however after 10 minutes i checked out remodel this hell hole or tear it down
Horrible experience. Found urine marks under the toilet seat, drain to shower wouldn’t drain, cold water, roaches everywhere and a mysterious liquid substance on the headboard. Upon discovering all this, I requested a second room. The moment I opened the door to the second room, I found a bed bug heater and and thermometer in there. I exited immediately and talked to the receptionist. The receptionist was unhelpful and unprofessional. She couldn’t call a supervisor due to the time, but couldn’t confirm nor deny there was bed bugs, so now I’m concerned it’s on my stuff... If you are in the military, DO NOT STAY HERE! Adjust your authorization to reflect a different location.
I stay each year during the Thanksgiving holiday. Booked a suite but on checking in, suite had plumbing issues so they gave us a regular room since no other suite available. Had to pay regular price. The room was a smoking room which stunk bad. Got a second room which was an improvement but not like a suite. Hotel in need of serious refurbishing.
