I would give it a zero. Dirty & stained sheets & comforter. I asked for a new room, but then the TV didn't work. The sheets in that room weren't THAT bad. The guy at the front desk was very helpful.
I usually give them a 5, but not this time. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean from what I could see. Of course with COVID going on I have my own cleaning products to be safe, but I had to be moved to another set of rooms due to issues with the door, which was ok, but when we got in the new rooms everything was unplugged. We had to get the TV, fridge, and clock plugged back up. And the door to the restroom was somewhat damaged. Overall though a pretty good night sleep and decent price for rooms.
Do not recommend, extremely slow and unprofessional service. Rooms and building seemed good enough and clean, but about everything that could go wrong did outside of that. Even the parking felt limited and problematic.
I had an amazing stay stay I’m from Jackson ville front desk clerk Walter really made me our stay awesome very patient we are most def coming back I rate this place a 10.
Very nice all around. Comfy bed, awesome shower (unsurpassed water pressure and hot water GALORE) not the best TV selection... Super cold AC. Nice room.. Great stay
