Friendly desk staff. Unfriendly house keeping staff. Dated furniture. Mattresses are hard as stone. Polyester made bedding. They do not clean up the rooms. Do not offer you with clean towels or linens. Do not clear garage. Overall - horrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very clean! Very nice staff... especially the young lady who was there most nights... very helpful and kind... we were in town for a funeral... she didn't know that... but kindness and a genuine smile can brighten the worst of days sometimes... she was appreciated and I apologize for not remembering her name...n(Shortish dark Bob hairstyle) We'll definitely be back...ud83dudc4cud83dudc4dud83dude0a

Phenomenal customer service. I will be here for a while and they have been more than accommodating. The ladies at the front desk, housekeeping, the Bistro, and manager have all been extremely polite and helpful with any questions I’ve had. Facilities/rooms are clean and I see housekeeping going above and beyond with vacated rooms. The COVID restrictions for occupied rooms is the only frustration but is also understandable and it’s nice to see a company follow their policy but they are more than happy to clean upon request or re-fill anything. Perfect location too and I plan to extend if availability comes up toward the end of my current reservation!

Clean and nice Marriott on the river with great views! Directly on river walk and only a few blocks walk to multiple restaurants and bars. Customer service was great, and they get an A+ for cleanliness!nIt'd be fantastic if they had balconies, or even if the windows fully opened. And it'd be even better if any of the suites had river views. That being said, this place was immaculate and very reasonably priced! We'll definitely stay again!
