We had the best time at the New Year's Eve party! Friendly staff and great rooms. It had a wonderful rain spout shower. The food they had catered for the event was delicious! We were happy to spend our anniversary there and would gladly stay again.
The hotel is gorgeous, comfortable beds, pillows and love the sound machine by the bed! I would have given it 5 stars, however, I was shocked by their early check in and late check out policy. If you want to check in an hour early it is an extra $50 charge...yes, $50. Should you ask for an hour later check out, the charge is $40 extra. So given the choice would I stay here again or at the Auburn hotel for the same price, I would definitely choose the Auburn hotel where they will happily let you check in early or have a late check out....without an extra $90 added to your bill. So disappointed.
The hotel overall was beautiful, but upon closer inspection you would notice the fit and finish didn't quite make the mark. As a boutique hotel you come to expect more. The customer service however was possibly the best I had ever experienced. Nothing was boojee, just a simple smile, and genuine southern hospitality.
Small boutique hotel in the heart of Auburn just a block from Samford Hall and park and two blocks from Toomers Corner. Open-air bar on top of hotel is a perfect place to begin or end your evening. Highly recommend.
Great! Really enjoyed our stay! The location puts you right in the middle of where you want to be, yet far enough away to be quiet. Tasty drinks and the staff is awesome!
