At first they were very responsive. Then just stopped returning calls. We didn't have an urgent situation. So we agreed to give them a little time to finish a few other jobs and they could get back with us with the parts that were needed. That was over a month ago. They haven’t returned our calls or texts since.
Tri State Plumbing did a complete bathroom remodel and complete plumbing job for me. They did a great job and were polite and professional at it. They will be the ones I call whenever I need work done !
Spoke with Tri State and was advised they would call me in 2 hours. Which came and went. I called them back later that afternoon. Guy told me we can definitely schedule you for 11 am on December 11, 2020. Waited until noon on December 11, 2020 and no one showed up. So I called and left messages at 11 am and 11:30 am. No response from Tri State Plumbing. Would not recommend. Response they decided to finally call me at 2 pm like the response mentioned. If you make an obligation to meet a customer. Using the terms I can definitely meet you at 11 am. Then you should make arrangements or call or text the customer beforehand to reschedule. If you had other work scheduled in Grundy why did you tell me you could meet at 11am?
Excellent service! I cant say enough good things about this company, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, their prices are competitive and very fair, highly recommended
Guy came by our home. Looked at everything. Then he said he would call with the estimate and could start the following Monday. Never called or came by. Why don't these people tell the truth. If you don't want to do the job just say so.
