Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Had just vacuumed rooms before they started. One service person went upstairs to clean and told us not to walk on it so I did not see it until a couple of hours later. They left a huge black trailing mark on the carpet that is permanent! Contacted the owner who was suppose to meet me. Never showed up or called. Service person actually lied to my face and said the stain was already there. They COST me money by destroying the carpet!!!! DONT USE!!!!

I had them come out to a rental the first part of the month, there was no A/C, and previous tenant was a pig with 3 dogs that pee'd everywhere, I paid extra for deodorizer, the house still smells, carpets are still dirty as hell, I honestly think since I couldn't be there to watch them, that they called it over the heat and smell, yet got the CC number for pymnt....nMy husband went down there and they told him he couldn't come in with shoes on, so he just looked from the door..... To sum it up, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

The Sears Carpet Cleaning Service in Beckley WV quoted me a price to clean two rooms and my stairwell. When they arrived, I was told the price was much higher. I called the office and they were rude. Frank, the carpet cleaner, was helpful and respectful. I would caution you to get their quote for services in writing, not trustworthy.

The price beats any other commercial cleaning crew in the area by far. As for the service, it's excellent. The crew was early, polite, and professional. They followed the 10 step process, which you can look at on youtube like I did. The pre-treatment that they use is amazing and they are the only service who does this. It makes a huge difference. I have used Stanley Steamer, Serve Pro, and a few other commercial groups. Needless to say I will be using them fron now on. I wish I had a bfore and after picture. The carpet is a white/creamish color that has bot been cleaned in years. It looks all most new now!nnI paid $89.99 for 3 rooms and 18.99 x 3 for the rooms for $146 not including tax.
