I Reported All Of This On Our Visit Last Year.nnWe Really Were Hopeful For Improvements..nUnfortunately No Change. ud83dude14nnFirst of all the people are wonderful. Great Staff. Beautiful scenic WV Landscaping. Lodging is reasonably priced. Amenities are a bit wanting. Food at the resort Was Not Prepared Well , Not of Prime Quality and Expensive. Well Prepared, Prime Quality, and Expensive are Acceptable but....nWE NEED ALL 3.nnHopefully There Is No Misunderstanding.nWE DO LIKE IT HERE.nnThankyou For All Of The Positive. ud83dude0a

I read reviews for days before we went. I was nervous I made a mistake by some of the reviews.nBut we arrived and pleasantly greeted. The beds were to MY Standard. We got the junior suite. I slept like a log.nThe food was pricey for some. But when it arrived and the amount you got and it was actually quite good. Some reviews down played the food. We ate bfast, lunch and dinner there and were quite happy. The servers were joyful, and attentive.nIt was the off-season so it wasn't too busy. Even without the amenities we enjoyed our stay.

What a fabulous place! Our room was spacious and very clean. Employees were both helpful, friendly and courteous! Plenty of activities to enjoy. The quiet and peacefulness during the evening/nighttime hours was bliss.

Luxury cabin was great and spacious. Loved the back porch and bedrooms were large! Nice equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. A firepit would bring the cabins to a 5! Not much going on in resort in the winter so I think the $30 a night resort fee should be omitted or reduced especially for cabin rentals. We didn't even use the resort. Nice place though and would be better with these few changes.
