Internet has gotten better since a technician was here. Found problems in box. Still slow sometimes but I am able to stream a movie

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Moved to Beckley WV area and installed new service. A week later service went out. Called and placed a repair order. Waited a week on Tech to come to fix it. He said no internet ports are available. After speaking with numerous supervisors I was informed they honest to god cut service from another customer to start up my new service. When the other customer complained, they cut my service to give back to the other customer and told me that I should have never received service in the first place and closed out my account without notifying me. What a joke of an outfit. Good thing they are filing bankruptcy.

Came out to fix my neighbors internet, fixed theirs and shut mine off in process. Scheduled for today and tech can't come out for 3 more days. No phone or internet for a week

unbelievably rude customer service. Poor internet connection, and unstable connection.
