Great location right off the interstate and with several dining options within walking distance of the hotel. Grab and go breakfast for COVID had a good range of options (oatmeal packs, microwave sandwiches, yogurt, etc).nnA good base for exploring the New River Gorge!

Overall the hotel is well kept. Staff are excellent. They usually have warm cookies or pop corn which is complimentary. Nice free morning breakfast. Rooms are clean.

Very nice place. Very clean. The front Desk girl was really helpful. I've stayednhere before several times. I would recommend it to anyone.

We stopped at Hampton Inn Beckley on our way from Michigan to South Carolina. The hotel is clean and employees are very polite. We stayed in room 223. Only complaint is about the bathroom faucet. The sink only has hot water, the cold side doesn’t work.

Stayed one night for business. Appreciate the close proximity to the freeway after driving. Several restaurants nearby which was a benefit to have.nnStaff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than expected so my room wasn’t quite ready but the staff was able to fix that within 5 minutes.nnMy room on the fifth floor was large clean and spacious. The WiFi was adequate enough to log into my company network remotely. Plus I was able to stream a Netflix movie with no issues. The noise factor wasn’t bad at all, but could hear the road noise when first responders went by. Just FYI, even number rooms faced towards the road while the odd numbers face a wooden area.nnThe breakfast was very basic but that’s because of COVID. The hotel does their best to provide something, so their effort is greatly appreciated.nnHighly recommend this place if you are passing through or for work.
