My dad ordered a faucet for a clawfoot bathtub 4 weeks ago, said it would 2 weeks til it comes in. 2 weeks later still hasn't came in and my dad called this business again yesterday and they said faucet should supposedly will come in 2 weeks from now. Also took our existing faucet to get fixed 4 weeks ago because it was leaking bad, well 3 weeks later the damn faucet is leaking again.

I needed a part for my furnace. I called to order the part, the guy told me it would be there the next day. I went to pick it up the following day, which was Friday, it was not there. I had to wait until Monday to get it. They were able to get the part, however, he could have told me the right pickup day before I drove all the way there.

Very knowledgeable on all products they sell and helpful service.i would give them 10 stars if I could. These guys truly great at what they do. If you are a do-it-yourselfer like myself then this is the place you want to buy all your plumbing needs. You couldn't even come close to finding the service they provide to their customers in Lowe's or Home Depot so please shop local and keep these kinds of places open. Keep up the good work guys doing a great job
