We were remodeling my Grann'y house. It hadn't been lived in for 20 or 30 years and we had no idea how much work was needed to bring the place up to today's standard. Larry and his assistant came right out and got to work. It was snowing and freezing cold, and there they were digging in the frozen ground, under the house, not a word of complaint! They were thorough and efficient. We felt like they went above and beyond what we would have expected. The work is quality and they are efficient, friendly, helpful and got the job done in a timely manner. We felt like we had made a friend and will definitely call on them if we ever need a plumber. They did such a good job that I doubt we will need them for another 20 or 30 years. We highly recommend them for excellent service quality work.
An elderly woman we know called your business to have her running toilet fixed which cost her $$$$. It stopped running for a few weeks and started again. When she called she was told you are an “master Plummer” and it was fixed and would cost another $600 to come and look at it. ud83eudd26ud83cudffc♀ufe0f Long story short $53 of parts was used to fix it. When the other part was pulled out it seriously looked like a used part. When on this ladies receipt it states the inside of the toilet had been rebuilt. I hope you can sleep at night taking excessive amounts of money from our elderly. Shame on you!!!
