I discovered a leak in my basement coming from the main water line. I called several plumbing services in the area and Bud Hypes team came within the hour, and had it fixed very quickly and did a great job.
I use them because they have a contract with American Home Shield and they have always done a good job!!!
This company completely destroyed the yard at my parent’s house while fixing the * neighbor’s * plumbing and they are now refusing to fix it. Not only did they throw rocks and dirt everywhere, they also cut down several of our bushes without asking beforehand. The yard is so destroyed that it’s going to be impossible to even mow the grass. When confronted, Bud initially was condescending and confrontational. Once that didn’t work, he lied and said he had permission from the neighbors to cut down the bushes. They did not.

This was the worst plumbing experience my family and I have ever had. DO NOT USE THEM. They did not do the basic job that was required and when we called to get them to fix it they did not care about quality or customer service. We now have to cut a whole in the ceiling to put in a basic trap that is required in order to keep the sewer smell and sound out! This is not only inconvenient but dangerous to breath in, not to mention flammable! We paid them over $5000 for the service and now have to redo the terrible job he did!! (Which is costing more money) needless to say I highly recommend you choose someone who cares about their customers and quality of work.
