I'd like to rate this place a zero! They kept 2 panels of curtains of mine that were only to be altered for over a month. When I remembered about my curtains I went to the place of business and the young lady that was working stated that she was knew she did not know how to work the register to see where my curtains was at and she didn't know how to go in the back to see where my curtains were at she told me to come back at lunch time when there is a sign clearly stating that the store is closed from 12 p.m. to 1 pm. So I came back to the store after 1:30 and spoke to the guy who took the curtains from me originally. He seemed to be very confused about where my curtains were he said he didn't know and he tried to place the blame on the young lady who had worked prior to him that I spoke to first I told him about our conversation and he stood and looked dumbfounded at me because she was not going to be his scapegoat. He then proceeded to tell me that he had looked for the curtains he could not find them and he didn't know who else to ask where the curtains were. I left the store and before I went out the door I told him that they were running a very poor business that they were very unprofessional and that I would not be doing business with them any longer when I receive my curtains. I get in my car to leave I have exited the parking lot pull into the street he chases my car to tell me we found your curtains. My question was if there is no one there to help you how did we find my curtains but I digress. I get my curtains I take them from the bag I see where they have been altered wrong they're shorter than I specified the top part of the curtain panel had been cut completely off Andre sewn on and to beat it all my curtains were covered in white dog hair when I began to complain he says oh a lot of customers complain about that because the lady that does the alterations does them at home and she has a dog I looked him dead in the eyes and said this is a dry cleaner you should do better than that if you know that you should have cleaned my curtains and press them and if this is a constant complaint you should not allow the lady to take the things to be altered at home and return them to you with a dog hair on them I stormed out of that place so upset because this young man had been the essence of my problems with my curtains from the very first moment I entered into this establishment and left them with him he could not take Direction well he could not write down what I want it done and he refused to take the piece of paper that I had already written down the instructions very clearly as to what I wanted done to my curtains this is the worst experience I have ever had at a dry cleaners and it will be my last with them.

If you’re looking for an establishment that offers outstanding service with a side of friendliness and a smile this is the place you should visit. I cannot express enough how satisfied i am with the quality and the quickness i receive when i am having my clothing cleaned here. By far a top notch facility that is unmatched in the Princeton area.

Well it's time to eat a some crow. After I posted the review below, I received a phone call from the owner Vicki B the same day. She was very concerned about my review and wanted to find out how my pant got ripped. If it was their fault she needed to fix the problem before other customers clothes were damaged. Also, if it was their fault she would reimburse me for the jeans. She stated that there was a dry cleaning association and she would send the jeans there for examination. Long story short, the jeans ripped because they were old and the fabric was weak. Sounds like me. As for not being told about the problem, she impressed upon her employees that that was not the way they did business. I have had another basket of clothes done since the below review and every thing done correctly & professionally. I will continue to use Service Cleaners as my laundry & dry cleaner with no worry about me and my clothes being treated right. They are definitely a Professional dry cleaning service. Damn, crow tastes terrible.nnI was having wash & fold laundry done here. The had trouble matching socks. Then they tore up the bottom of the pant legs on my jeans. They had to see this, but never told me about it. Advise you to check ALL your clothes before you leave. Since they have moved from Mercer street their service has drastically gone down hill.

Very courteous friendly staff and did an excellent job on my suits.

I live in Charleston, and I travel to Princeton weekly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I need something rushed they try to rush it for me. I even receive a text message when it’s ready for me to pick up my order. My pants crease line is perfect.nI’m impressed with how professional the service is and fast! Worth every penny!
