Room and location was fantastic. Housekeeping staff were noisy and were having loud conversations in front of my door at 730am. Other than that, great place. Comfy bed too!
Nice newer building conveniently located on Rt19 walking distance from shops and restaurants. The staff is excellent . The rooms are clean. Keep a tight leash on your dog. You will be in a busy parking lot.
My family loved this hotel. We stayed an extra night just to get the time away. We drove to Flatwoods and did some shopping for Christmas. This hotel has charm It was nice sitting by the fireplace and watching the snow. The Front Desk made sugar cookies and hot apple cider. They stole my heart. The pool and hot tub had the clearest water we ever saw at a hotel. Talked a long time about the state and attractions. We found out we were actually talking with the manager. This lady is an asset to the hotel. We will definitely be coming back. They practiced social distancing and rotated rooms in order to allow rooms to have break between guests. Very impressed!
We had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and the staff was helpful. They kids had a great time playing in the pool and enjoyed the free breakfast. The coffee they serve is so good. The best coffee I've had in a very long time.
