They have a list of 17 rules and regulations no bags over 30 lbs no bags over 32 gallon no extra garbage unless you call over 6 bags I had their service for 2 years and any bag that way they're over 30 pounds I had to go outside and put that bag in the truck myself and most of the guys work there 6 foot tall 300 pounds with sleeves of tattoos but they can't pick up 30 lb I also spent a month getting them to take a couch which they say they take 2 bulky items a month I hual my trash to the land fill my self because of bad management
