Mr. Shrivers team showed up quickly after my husband called them on a Saturday morning in freezing January temperatures. Once they had detected the problem they went right to work. They showed us what was going on with the camera in our pipes and explained the work they would be doing.nnThe plumbing crew was very polite and even cleaned up our bathroom after they were finished working. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing issues.
Had a plumber try snaking, plunging, and using chemicals, nothing worked. They recommended Don Shriver to us. I gave Don a call and he came out the same day and knocked it out within 20 minutes. Very professional and not as pricey as I expected. I highly recommend them.
Responsive and knowledgeable but astronomically overpriced. Charged $643.00 for a non-emergency callout. Less than 1 hour on site and did not repair. Marked the floor so I can repair myself. Feel completely robbed and taken advantage of.
